Sconset Landing Website

Summary

While working for Nickerson, we took on a struggling a condominium and townhome community project situated in Hanover, MA called Sconset Landing. The investor had fired the previous marketing agency due to poor sales. Inheriting a poorly named brand and uninspired designs, we were tasked with turning this project around. First order of business was to take down the mess of a website and build a modern one. I spearheaded the project, making sure to put focus on responsive mobile layout and search-optimized structure. Along with the website, I assisted in designing better and more clarified floor plans.
